Hint: It's a 1991 film by Gus Van Sant about 2 street hustlers, loosely based on Shakespeare's "Henry IV" plays. The main stars are River Phoenix and Keanu Reeves. This trailer shows a contemporized King Henry-Prince Hal moment at 1:15, and then at 1:52 we hear Scott's ("Hal's ") assertion to change.
